A bottle of traditional ‘peppa’ sauce can be found in almost every household in Cayman. This mixture of peppers, onions and carrots are pickled and can be poured on practically anything. Our version is blended and can be used to drip or drown your favourite dish.

Sweet & spice, and everything nice. We cooked sweet ripe mangoes and completely turned up the heat by blending them with scotch bonnet peppers. The addition of mustard ensures a balance between sweet and spicy flavours.

Inspired by the green seasoning of the Lesser Antilles, this sauce can be the base to a dish while cooking, or a finishing sauce. It’s main flavour comes from Culantro (Shado Beni), but its heat is all scotch bonnet. Yum!

This sauce is TOO REAL, it's dangerous (in a good way). Plantain is a big staple in the Caribbean. We've added the ripe ones to this bottle to give you a sweet, spicy, magical flavour! You may remember this from our famous Chick-wich from our previous location at Camana Bay!
